We were just so underwhelmed by the staff. They weren't overtly unhelpful, but they didn't seem happy or approachable. The helper elf for Santa was a rabbit in headlights - definitely not the right role for her. The lady on the till just wanted to take our money. The customer service staff were cheerful and helpful when dealing with a return I had, so that's something.
